These malted oats are produced using a proprietary variety of hulless oats that we licensed through NC State University. This variety has large groats that deliver a nutty, almond-like flavor along with the characteristic silky mouthfeel. We crafted this malt to work in a variety of styles, especially hazy IPAs!
