A yeast strain especially selected for fermentation of French & Belgian Saison beers, as well as Biere de Garde styles. This high attenuating strain confers soft fruity, citrusy and phenolic spicy flavor notes, with a refreshing, high drinkable, crisp character and a rich mouthfeel.
